Somewhere between dim streetlights and the buzz of neon, Saigon has always been awake.
Every decade carried its own rhythm, rickshaws past French façades, motorbikes cutting through the evening air, radios spilling music into humid nights. Saigon after dark was never silent, it pulsed with laughter, bargaining, romance, and the restless beat of a city alive.
